Shipping & Delivery Information
All orders come with free shipping through USPS Priority Mail. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery outside of the United States.
Due to state-specific regulations independent of us, we are currently unable to offer shipping or delivery for any of our products to the following states: Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
Additionally, we are unable to offer shipping or delivery for only Delta-8 THC products to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.
These lists are subject to change at any time based on new or updated regulations.
Orders are processed and prepared Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday.
After placing an order:
- You will receive an email of your purchase receipt as soon as your transaction goes through
- Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a second email with your order’s tracking information
- Upon receipt of your order’s tracking information, it should arrive within 3-5 business days
- Shipping is always free, but upon request can be expedited for an additional cost
In unforeseen circumstances, after we ship your order there could be factors out of our control (severe weather, carrier shortages, etc.) that increase its delivery time.
For orders that end up requiring additional shipping due to a return, cancelation, or, otherwise, change request, all extra shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please see our return policy.
